UK & Northern Europe customer wins include University College London Hospitals (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust, AdminRE, Sage and the city of The Hague

Farnborough, – March 1, 2016 – Nexthink®, the pioneer of End-user IT Analytics, today announced over 170%  annual growth in the UK and over 50% growth globally. This is the 9th consecutive quarter of record growth for the Company. Nexthink continues to lead End-user IT Analytics, and was recognized for “Innovation of the Year” by the ITAM Review.

Since launching in the UK in 2012, Nexthink has witnessed more that 100% growth year-on-year, reaching 170% growth in 2015 as compared to 2014. In 2015, Nexthink has signed up 45 new logos in the UK alone with 10 new partners added. Nexthink’s UK team has grown from one employee in 2012 to a 22-strong team today and continues to expand. Nexthink’s UK office in Farnborough is headquarters of its Northern European operations, headed by Steven Little, Director, Northern Europe.

UK customer wins in 2015 include University College London Hospitals (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust, who selected Nexthink to provide real-time visibility and analytics across its technical estate and network infrastructure. Other UK and Northern European customer wins include London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, AdminRE, Sage and the city of The Hague. Worldwide, the company signed up Advocate Health Care, Commerzbank, Magna International and the Ministry of Health UAE.

Nexthink ended the year with over 600 customers worldwide, representing more than 2.4 million end-user endpoints under management.

Customer Satisfaction. Nexthink achieved a 97% renewal rate, and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) rating of 41%. The NPS is based on scale of 1-10 where a score of: 9-10 is Promoter; 7-8 = is Passive; and 0-6 is Detractor. The “Net” score is calculated by subtracting the detractors from the promoters. According to a Temkin Group study in 2012 Companies with a NPS above 40% “have much higher purchase momentum and are poised to grab a lot of market share.”
