Where ScreenConnect Fits:
ScreenConnect was originally conceived as an add-on to our issue management software, IssueNet, and as an alternative solution for our own remote support needs. ScreenConnect was created in 2008 and released to a small handful of IssueNet customers late that year.
The positive feedback from the early adopters helped us identify the gap in the remote support market and helped solidify our decision to productize ScreenConnect as a standalone product.
